Laser Crafts Egypt will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment.

Placing orders:
When you place an order, a contract is created that is binding, and once you accept the design, we cannot be held responsible for any additional changes if the order has commenced. Changes to the original specification of a contract after the order has commenced may be subject to modification costs. You will be notified of any extra fees before any new modifications take place.

Implementation of the order design will start after sending the complete required data for confirmation. The customer chooses the color and material in advance, and the design is emphasized before implementation to avoid any mistakes.
Cancelations & Returns:
Personalized orders cannot be canceled if products have already been produced, and we can't replace or retrieve them because these personalized products are made specifically to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold
In the following rare cases we can replace/complement your order:

If you receive your order damaged, broken, or scratched.

If you receive a wrong order.

If your order is missing any pieces.
In these rare cases, we send you the replacement or the missing pieces, and we wish you to accept our sincere regret about whatever happened to your order.

Products are at your risk from the time of delivery and you will be responsible for the goods. You must check that they are kept safe and secure. Your right to cancel an order is only before confirming the design. Please check your package on arrival, and contact us within 24hrs if you have an order query.
Please note, that we will decline and cancel orders that we deem to have offensive wording. We love to personalize products for our customers but we also have a duty of care.
Your Suggestions:
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to us concerning the service shall remain the sole and exclusive property of us. We shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or any compensation to you.
